Process Automation
Process models auto-create work orders: QC disposition triggers inbound/repair/rework/scrap, inbound confirmation triggers putaway, sales shipment confirmation triggers outbound and pick tasks—reducing manual order entry.
An ERP system built for manufacturing enterprises, covering ten core modules: master data, task center, warehouse management, procurement, quality inspection, sales, production, seal management, system administration, and infrastructure. Built on Vue3 + Spring Boot with data security at its core, it drives automated business workflows through process models and work-order permissions; integrates ERP with WMS putaway/pick tasks, and supports custom development and on-premise deployment tailored to each enterprise.
The system establishes a comprehensive permission framework supporting role, department, process, document, and sensitive-information tiered access. Work orders enforce department, process, and creator/applicant permissions; suppliers, customers, and sealed documents are controlled separately—data becomes invisible to operators after sealing; purchase and sales price history is visible only to authorized users; all actions beyond viewing are fully logged, and sealed documents support watermark overlays and file verification.
Work-order data and material-linked files enable end-to-end traceability for digital delivery. Attachments are automatically inherited during procurement, sales, outsourcing, and production inbound; warehouse staff can organize attachments on system-generated inbound orders; outbound shipments bundle inbound attachments, QC reports, and outbound attachments, with lookup by material code and batch number.
Process automation reduces manual order creation: after QC disposition, inbound, repair, rework, or scrap orders are auto-initiated; inbound confirmation triggers putaway tasks, and sales shipment confirmation triggers outbound and pick tasks; QC is connected to inbound/outbound and production repair workflows, with disposition results automatically driving subsequent work orders.
